Description

The final day to complete a payment plan is Sunday, May 20th at midnight Pacific Time.

The deadline for starting 4 Payment Layaway has passed. Payment plans on your entire order are now available for the entirety of your LIB ticket purchase as well as Boutique Camping purchases. To pay via payment plan, select your tickets from the main ticketing page (or Boutique Camping ticketing page) and then at the payment screen select “Affirm” as your payment method (instead of a credit card) before clicking checkout.

You will then be taken to the Affirm website to complete your purchase. When you use Affirm to buy tickets to Lightning in a Bottle on Eventbrite, you’ll go through a quick application process. Affirm provides a real-time credit decision and, if approved, allows you to choose between 3 or 6 monthly payments (rates from 10-30% APR)*.

If you already purchased a ticket to Lightning In A Bottle 2018 using the 4 payment layaway plan, you will be charged for the second installment on February 16, the third installment on March 16 and the fourth/final installment on April 16. If your charge fails, after the above dates Eventbrite will reach out to you at the email address you used to make the original purchase with steps on how to update your credit card info and complete the payment.

Terms and Conditions Payment Plan

  • Down payment is required for your purchase.
  • Three additional payments will be automatically deducted from the card you used to make the down payment on the following dates:
  • The second payment will be charged on 2/16/18.
  • The third payment will be charged on 3/16/18.
  • The final payment will be charged on 4/16/18.
  • Credit card processing will be charged on each payment. All service fees and shipping will only be charged on your final payment. Because of this, your final payment price will be higher.
  • A convenience fee has been added to the admission ticket included in the payment plan.
  • Default on payments will result in cancellation of your order, loss of down payment, and loss of any payments made prior to cancellation. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan. You must pay attention to your bank and credit card statements to make sure your payment is successfully completed on each scheduled date. You will be granted a 10 day grace period from each scheduled payment date to process any missed payments, and instructions will be emailed from Eventbrite to do so. If your payment is not made in full by the 10th day after the payment due date your order will be cancelled and you will forfeit all amounts paid up to that point.
  • All purchases and partial purchases are non-refundable. If you fail, for any reason, to pay any of the installments you will void your ticket and you will not receive a refund.
  • Wristbands associated with your order will not be shipped until all payments are complete. Wristband shipping begins in early May 2018. All completed payment plans purchased after May 6th will receive a PDF ticket via email that must be printed out and brought to the on-site box office and exchanged for a wristband and/or vehicle pass.

  • After a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of Lightning in a Bottle.

  • No electronic tickets will be issued for Lightning in a Bottle. All admission ticket purchasers will receive their festival wristband(s) by mail. All payment plans completed after May 6th will receive a PDF ticket via email that must be printed out and brought to the on-site box office and exchanged for a wristband and/or vehicle pass.
  • There is a $20 lost wristbands replacement fee. Please keep your wristbands safe and secure!
  • NOTE: Orders that cannot be shipped or orders placed after the shipping cut-off date (5/1/2018) will be available at will call.
  • All international orders will be held at will call.
  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
  • Event is rain or shine.
  • Artists and schedule subject to change.
